Master planned by Scottish Award Winning Architect, Richard Murphy Associates, The Haymarket will create a new presence in Edinburgh’s regenerated business core.
Striking new office buildings, combined with new hotels, staff and clientele being able to frequent new bars, restaurants, retail units, all sitting on top of a new public car park offering approximately 380 car parking spaces.
Detailed design has delivered versatile office accommodation offering high profile new headquarters buildings, cost efficient accommodation and the flexibility to offer subdivision of buildings and subdivision of floors. Ultimately, the goal is to offer accommodation for the whole spectrum of office occupiers from small to large.
